The primary mission of the Southwest Eye Institute is to deliver the best possible world-class medical and surgical eye care right here in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. We promise to provide this care in the most compassionate manner possible. Our goal always has been to treat each patient the same way we would want our own family to be treated. We also endeavor to have the best technology we need to treat the eyes and vision of our patients and to provide care in comfortable and clean environments.
Our mission is also to make Southwest Eye Institute a wonderful place to work. We strive to recruit the best doctors and staff to assist in our mission of providing the best possible care to our patients. We continually support our team with ongoing education and support.
Although most of our patients come to us from El Paso and surrounding areas such as West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Northern Mexico, we take great honor in the fact that some patients travel from other states, other countries, and even other continents for our eye care. Patients should feel comforted in knowing that they are getting the best care available anywhere.
Finally, part of our mission is to educate the next generation of healthcare providers to excel in both the science and art of eye care. We take great pride in passing our knowledge to doctors and healthcare extenders in all stages of training, as well as those who have not yet entered professional school.
